Yes — it's built youth-first. It includes an adjustable speed limiter so you control top speed, a wireless remote shut-off so a parent can stop the ATV instantly, and a tether kill switch. We always recommend a helmet, supervision, and gradual speed increases as your rider gains confidence.
The ATV ships about 70% assembled in a protective metal crate. Final assembly (handlebars, wheels, mirrors, fluids) takes most people under an hour. Prefer it ready to ride?
